I moved to Martinez in 2006 and loved the Downtown area so when I found this 1 Bedroom apartment over a year ago I was excited! The living room is very spacious for my furniture and even my Home Gym! The kitchen area is small but very user friendly. The bathroom is spacious with a built in the wall 3 shelf for towels, etc. Excellent water pressure at all times. The Bedroom is a decent size that can fit my queen size Bed and a spacious closet. The Heater is a classic wall design and very reliable. Although I knew it was close to the Train Station the apartment has modern updated windows to keep the noise levels down. My designated parking spot is covered and has a handy storage unit that’s bigger than a closet with it’s own light. The Neighbors are very friendly. The apartment is only an eighth of a mile from Carquinez Strait park which is great for jogging, hiking. The Rankin Water Park is only down the street and very close to all the downtown stores, bars, restaurants. Only 2 miles from the major freeways. This place has been the Best One I’ve rented thus far!

Needed to find a rental in a bit of a rush. The Stokley team were super responsive to help me see the place, immediately understood my need for speed and were totally upfront with me - told me I was at the front of the line, that they would expect my application as soon as I could complete it, and would keep me appraised if other people were interested in the property. All their people (Tracy, Norma, Blake) were very friendly and helpful. And the application procedure and rent payment was straightforward and painless.
