We’ll list your home on all the rental sites that tenants are using to find their next home, and we’ll feature it prominently on our own website. We’ll also invest in professional signage and market your home to the professional networks to which we belong.

Marketing doesn’t stop there. We’ll field the phone calls and the inquiries, answer questions, and schedule showings and open houses. We’ll do a little pre-screening, and ask prospective tenants when they want to move in, why they’re moving out of their current home, and whether they have pets.

Tenant Screening in Round Hill & Diablo

Our tenant screening process is thorough and fair. We collect applications from all adults who are 18 years of age or older and plan to live in the property. We look at credit history, investigate criminal background, and check for prior evictions. Talking to current and former landlords is also part of our screening process, and we verify employment and income.

When we find a qualified tenant, we begin the leasing and move-in process. This includes signing the lease and explaining the tenant’s responsibilities. We conduct a move-in inspection, collect the first month’s rent and security deposit, and work with tenants to complete a smooth move-in – which is also well-documented.

Alamo Rental Property Repairs

Maintenance services include routine repairs as well as emergency responses. Your tenants will be able to get in touch with us 24/7 for any emergencies, and regular maintenance can be requested and scheduled online. We work with qualified, professional vendors and contractors who are licensed and insured. Protecting the condition of your investment is something we take seriously, and we address small problems quickly.

You’ll receive regular monthly statements that show you all the income and expenses associated with your property. We’ll also provide a statement at the end of the year, which will help you prepare your taxes. Our team is here to keep you informed, prepared, and successful.
