During inspections, we check the health of the plumbing and drainage system, inspect electrical systems and make sure all the appliances work properly. If we spot any significant damage, we offer emergency maintenance services to fix the damage immediately to protect your asset and boost its market value.

The first property I wanted to rent was a studio apartment attached to our home that required renovation. Joe Stokley met with me and helped guide the renovation process in many positive ways. His experience was so helpful. When the renovation was successfully completed the team at Stokley Properties took over and now the studio is rented to an amazing young couple. Based on this experience we used Stokley Properties to handle a renovation at my mother’s home and rent it. The renovation turned out beautiful and the first couple that saw the home rented it at higher rent (suggested by Stokley) than initially anticipated.
