Strong Lease Process
Tenants can feel comfortable with our fairness and our communication. We use a California Association of Realtors (CAR) lease. This is a professionally written lease that covers everything for both owners and renters. We take the time to explain the terms of the lease in person with our tenants. This ensures that both the tenants and our team at Stokley Properties know what’s expected. The responsibilities are shared up front, at the beginning of the tenancy.
We take immediate responsibility when it comes to maintenance. If a tenant submits a repair request, we handle it with efficiency. This helps the tenants in their own living situation, and it also helps us take care of our owners’ homes. This is one of the most important parts of property management.
Technology and Relationships
We use technology for efficiency and speed. Our tenants have an online portal they can use to pay rent and make maintenance requests 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. Each tenant also has a dedicated property manager. This provides them with a single point of contact who knows them, their home, and the property owners. If tenants need to speak with someone, they have their manager’s name and phone number at their fingertips.
