His experience was so helpful. When the renovation was successfully completed the team at Stokley Properties took over and now the studio is rented to an amazing young couple. Based on this experience we used Stokley Properties to handle a renovation at my mother’s home and rent it. The renovation turned out beautiful and the first couple that saw the home rented it at higher rent (suggested by Stokley) than initially anticipated.
