We make sure to add specific details, such as the property’s physical characteristics, important lease terms, rent and security deposit amount and pet policy, to attract the right tenants. We also refresh those postings regularly to ensure your ads stay on the top and accessible to your tenants. All our marketing policies comply with fair housing laws, state rules and regulations, and rent control ordinances.

Screening, Leasing & Management

Once we attract qualified tenants, we get them into your rental and communicate with them through our application and screening process. We find the best tenants for your rental unit and eliminate the risk of non-payment or damage to your investment.

Property Inspections & Maintenance

Property management is not just tenant placement and rent collection for us. We want your property to be in good shape, to have a pleasant home for the people moving into it. Hence, we provide professional rental inspection and maintenance services.

During inspections, we check the health of the plumbing and drainage system, inspect electrical systems and make sure all the appliances work properly. If we spot any significant damage, we offer emergency maintenance services to fix the damage immediately to protect your asset and boost its market value.
