Every applicant 18 years of age or older must complete our application and allow us to check credit, background, eviction history, rental references, employment, and income. We verify everything to ensure we’re placing a resident who will pay rent on time and take good care of your investment property.

After a resident is approved, we collect the required move-in funds, review the lease and its requirements, and conduct a move-in inspection. Everything we do is with the goal of protecting your home and increasing your ROI.
